Andrzej Paczuski is a licensed tax advisor and a recognised expert with over 30 years of experience providing tax advisory services to major enterprises across various sectors. He has frequently participated in restructuring of leading Polish companies, including those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

He is the author of the monograph Taxation of Capital Income of Legal Persons, published by C.H. Beck, as well as numerous articles in both Polish and international professional press.

Andrzej provides guidance to Polish and international clients on conducting business in Poland in a tax-efficient manner. He has been distinguished multiple times in the tax advisory firms ranking published by Rzeczpospolita as a leading tax advisor in Poland.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and is a licensed tax advisor. He also holds an Executive MBA from the University of Illinois and has completed a course for investment advisors.
