Patrycja Lutak specialises in corporate income tax, with a focus on international tax law and tax aspects of restructuring processes.

She advises clients in the manufacturing, retail and real estate sectors, as well as investment funds and private equity firms. She supports clients in intergenerational wealth succession processes. She also has experience in transactions related to the acquisition and ongoing maintenance of yachts.

From 1998 to 2011, Patrycja was associated with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she held, among other roles, the position of leader of the team servicing telecommunications and media clients. She is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics and a licensed tax advisor.
