Piotr Korszla is tax advisory expert in income taxation, particularly corporate income tax. He has advised on the tax aspects of numerous complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and group reorganisations, and has designed the implementation of international financial and holding structures.

He brings over 25 years of experience in providing tax services to clients, gained during his career at Big4 firms. He worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 17 years, including as a director and leader of a team responsible for clients in the branded consumer goods, retail, and distribution sectors. He also has experience in accounting advisory services, acquired while managing the accounting services department at PwC.

Piotr graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (specialisation: financial law) and is a licensed tax advisor.
