Responsibilities

• supporting tax advisors in delivering ongoing tax advisory services, particularly by analysing client tax issues and developing solutions in line with applicable regulations and tax authority and court practice
• drafting commentaries, opinions, applications for tax rulings/interpretations, calculations and other correspondence
• analysing tax regulations, individual rulings/interpretations and case law to assess the tax implications of business transactions/events
• monitoring and analysing changes in tax legislation, sector-specific regulations, case law and tax rulings/interpretations on an on-going basis

Requirements

• at least one year of experience in a similar role
• higher education degree or a 5th-year student (preferred fields: economics, law)
• ability to communicate clearly and logically in Polish and English (minimum B2 level)
• proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• ability to work independently with strong attention to detail, combined with excellent teamwork and relationship-building skills
