Responsibilities

• conducting research and preparing legal and tax analyses
• drafting commentaries, opinions, applications and other procedural documents, including collecting and reviewing supporting documentation constituting appendices to applications and procedural documents, commentaries and opinions
• handling e-mail correspondence
• analysing tax regulations, case law and tax press / publications
• monitoring and analysing changes in tax legislation, case law and tax rulings/interpretations on an on-going basis.

Requirements

• 4th- or 5th-year student or holder of a higher education degree (preferred fields: law, economics, finance)
• very good command of English, both written and spoken
• accuracy and diligence in completing tasks
• strong analytical thinking skills
• proactive, open-minded, and willing to explore new solutions.

Nice to have

• experience in applying/practicing tax law.
